For example:

A short mountain navigation challenge with wonderful views from the mountain summit, followed by a luxury buffet lunch, then a blast around an amazing mountain biking course. To finish the day off, an adrenalin fuelled journey through the treetops on an aerial ropes course including swings and zip lines.

Begin the day with a predominantly downhill mountain bike ride where your team are guided along exciting trails to arrive on the shores of beautiful Derwent Water. Your canoes will be waiting for you to begin your paddle out to a remote island to search for a hidden treasure chest containing your lunchtime feast. Having paddled right across the lake, you will then find your way into a hidden ravine containing a spectacular cascade up which your team will climb with the option of getting as wet as you like! Straight from here to a 4 star hotel where you can change before a fine evening meal and drinks to celebrate your days’ adventure.
